Interactive Campus Map Help
The following is information on the usage of the Interactive Campus Map:
Zooming In and Out
Zooming on the map is controlled in two different ways; with the mouse scroll wheel or the in map control buttons. The mouse scroll wheel can be used to control zooming when the mouse pointer is over the map by rotating the mouse wheel forward to zoom in (as shown in the below left image) and rotating the mouse wheel backwards to zoom out (as shown in the below middle image). Map zooming can also be controlled by the in map plus (+) and minus (-) control buttons located in the top left corner of the map (marked in red on the below right image).
Moving the Map Around
The map can be moved around by using the mouse when it is over the map (and not on a building marker) with a left click and hold then by dragging the mouse in the direction you want the map to move (as shown in the below image).
Finding a Building
To have the Interactive Campus Map center on a building of interest, first open the "Find Location" plain (marked in red on the below image) on the left menu by clicking on it.
In the "Find Location" plain there are different lists of buildings depending on how you are looking for a building, these include "By Name", "By Number", and "By Registrar Code". Select the proper list by clicking on the list type header (choices are marked in red on the below image).
Find the building list the scrollable list and click on it to have the map center itself on that building. (Has shown in the image below.)
Mouse Over Building Information
Holding the mouse over one of the blue building number markers on the map (marked in red on the below left image) will show a more information and a picture of the building in a pop up button (marked in red on the below right image).
